Why consume almonds?

They are rich in fibers, proteins, monounsaturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, vitamin E, riboflavin, thiamine, niacin and folates"

It is considered one of the greatest sources of fiber and vitamin E on the planet. The fiber will help us to keep our appetite at bay and therefore to lose weight. Vitamin E as an antioxidant will help us stay young.

They are a source of slow-release energy and therefore recommended for all ages and especially for children and athletes.
